We had a great experience with Alan Jay dealership and Dominick Benvenuto. The ability to see through another persons eyes was done by a salesperson that has done this before. We asked for pictures and we got detailed shots and more. Nick did everything we asked, put it up on the lift and took more shots. Explained any discrepancies or things that we saw in the pictures. After all was said and done we got an exceptional Rainier for a good deal. This could not of been done without great trust, patience and processing from all. There was no pressure at any time and the experience from a person that has bought over 25 vehicles in my time was rewarding. Nick was even there after taking delivery of the Rainier which was trucked in over 2500 miles. But if this is where I need to go to find high quality used vehicles with low mileage then Alan Jay and Nick Benvenuto are the people I will trust my next purchase too.

On two previous occasions I tried to purchase a car here. I had to go out of town to buy at my price point. My wife wanted a Kia Optima and I went to Alan Jay. We had a different view point and before I left I told the salesman I intended to buy a car. I expected to again have to go elsewhere. Two days later the salesman told me we had a deal. I am pleased with the buying process and the salesman and the entire staff has worked to make certain we are happy and pleased with our purchase. Salesman Jonathan Matos has contacted us twice since taking possession of the car to make sure we are pleased. This had never happened before. All I have to say is I'm extremely impressed with the work and customer service I received at Alan Jay Chevrolet. Not only did they have me a rental lined up and kept me informed about my car stating it would be ready at 5 pm on Friday. When I told them I had prior arrangements Friday they said they would do their best to get it done sooner. They called this morning and said my car would be ready by 2pm. I have my car and you can't even tell I was in a wreck and the paint job is immaculate. Way to go Alan Jay Chevrolet and Dave Toth.

From arrival to departure your service department (Tony) and your courtesy drivers (Bob Wade and - sorry don't remember yesterday's driver name) afforded me outstanding customer service and efficiency. While no one likes an unexpected expense of car repairs, nor being told the part wouldn't be available until the next day, Tony explained everything to me and called Hertz to assist me with a car rental. Your courtesy vehicles took me and picked me up with a very minimal wait time. Sure appreciated it and the friendly conversations. Great job and a lot of businesses would do well to follow your model!

The best thing that I liked about my experience this time...is the people. This is my fourth time buying a vehicle from Alan Jay, and this has been the best experience thus far. Rob was great in working the deal with me that I thought was fair for the two parties, and I thank him for that. But by far, I give plenty of credit to Mr. John Nichols, who was my salesperson. It is because of the experience that I had with John, and the way he treated me that made me purchase with Alan Jay. He made me feel like a person rather than a paycheck, and he helped me meet all of my needs.
