I arrived at Alan Jay Kia with the intention of finding out if it was economically feasible to trade in two cars to get a Telluride, and keep my payment the same or similar to what I had. Alexis greeted me as I stepped out of my car, and invited me to her desk to discuss what I was looking for. Long story short, I was able to get both cars appraised, and Alexis helped me pick out a Telluride that I liked and could afford. I told her (and her manager, I believe Tristan? was his name), that I needed to sleep on it before deciding. Alexis kept in constant communication, and the finance manager, who's name escapes me, helped me get the payment to where I needed it to be. The next morning, I arrived with my two vehicles, signed them away and rode off in my new-to-me Telluride. I have been a Chevrolet owner for almost 30 years. I recently parted ways with my 99 Tahoe (600,000 miles) in favor of a used 2021 Silverado 2 years ago. It was not purchased at Alan Jay, but I started taking it there for occasional service. At just over 60,000 miles it began experiencing a transmission issue. I took it in expecting the worse (just out of warranty), but was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor, Mark Betscher, became my advocate and was able to have the repair covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, the part was back ordered and took 2 months to be delivered. During the interim he kept me informed and when it arrived, yesterday, gave me priority for completing the repair. The icing on the cake was a full repair and at no cost to me, even though I did not purchase the vehicle through Alan Jay. They have earned my sincerest appreciation and gratitude for going above and beyond. I will be going to them for my future purchases.

I needed a small piece that fell off my front bumper to be painted. A bird must have been on the road and flew into the piece and I didn't discover until later. When I ordered the replacement, it came as black. Since my car is white I needed it painted. I dropped off on Friday and they called me to pick up Monday morning. When I got there they installed it in the front kI95bumper and the car looks great again. The team was professional and pleasant. I would use them again if the need comes up. Hopefully not! My 2014 Ford F150 had a recall. I was putting it off for months dreading having to drive 35 minutes to the dealer and then sit there for who knows how long to get this addressed. I finally called in to schedule the work and to my amazement they offered me ONSITE service. I was floored. The tech actually came out to my house and repaired the recall. This is so smart. They have a mobile tech running the repairs and at the same time they can keep the population of cars in for repair at a minimum providing more scheduling room for ppl who actually need to have their car serviced at the dealership. Brilliant concept! Rest assured, I will be using this dealership in the future for my automotive needs.

My husband had trouble starting his 1999 Chev. Tahoe and we had it towed to Alan Jay Chev Buick GMC on Sat. 1/27/2024. They said it would take a couple days because they were swamped. They called early Mon. and I told them what my husband thought the problem was with the car. Mark, the service guy said after they ran a diagnostic on it he'd call me back. My Lincoln Navigator was displaying some unusual conditions regarding the door opening electronics, and was indicating that this condition was draining the battery. One evening in Sebring, my wife, my daughter and I were left stranded when our car broke down. Good experience overall. Salesman was friendly and helpful. All dealership staff friendly. Stock was low but found a vehicle I liked. Hoped for more from trade, but dealership did meet me in the middle. I was surprised at how quickly the transaction happened. I thought I'd have a day or two before delivery. It was immediate. Almost too quickly, but that's a high end problem. So far, dealership has been helpful and responsive.

I really like the attention service manager gave me. Complex intermittent problem is hard to fix. I'll definitely go back because of his help.

Mike seems like a very nice guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. According to my AI assistant, I got a very good deal. The Internet never lies. So we came home feeling a good as you can about buying a used car. I hope this will be my last auto purchase, but if not, I'd give them another try. Thanks.

Quick & efficient service from the service department.

Recall on key was addressed. Not happy with the required fix. “Switchblade” style was modified to remain open. However, salesman who sold us the car two and a half years ago recognized us an spent time with us. Very nice.

Service dept cancelled my oil change appointment 3 times. When I did get it in, they found things that they said needed done, but when I checked the maintenance service schedule, they were not on there. But, as a whole Alan Jay is about the best, as far as dealerships go. The competition down the road , is HORRIBLE (Huston)
