This was not our 1st purchase with Alan Jay but it was our 1st purchase with Kia. Cole in service introduced us to Tristen and Joseph and recommended a couple of vehicle options for us to consider. Tristen and Joseph were very helpful in listening to our needs and wants for an SUV and were thorough in discussing the available options with us. Joseph was very kind, helpful and understanding and was not pushy in any way. The process was easy...our Telluride was ready and waiting for us. Our wait time was minimal and John in finance got our paperwork done quickly and took good care of us. Thank you all so much for making this purchase easy for us. You all did a great job!!!
