Hitting the roads in 2020, this model came in three trims, for the base variant, and two performance trims. For the base variant, you can find Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trims. These came powered by a 2.0L I4 engine, this produced 237 horsepower, and 258 lb-ft of torque. If you want a bit more power, then you can look for used models that are equipped with a 3.0L twin turbo V6. This produces 335 horsepower, and 405 lb-ft of torque.
If you’re wanting the most fuel efficient options, then you’ll need the 2.0L I4. This has an EPA rating of 26 MPG combined, able to go 442 miles on one tank.
If you’re wanting something with better performance, then you can look for the CT5-V, and the Blackwing. Using the optional 3.0L as the standard engine, this one has a slightly different tuning, making 360 horsepower.
If that’s still not enough, then you can look for a Blackwing. Not hitting the market until 2022, this model came with a supercharged 6.2L V8. This engine produces 668 horsepower, it also came mated with a 6-speed manual transmission, but some models may be equipped with a 10-speed automatic.
In tests done by Car and Driver, the Blackwing had impressive speeds. Able to go 0-60 in just 3.6-seconds, and a quarter mile in 11.6-seconds. If you’re at the track and want to unleash its full potential, you can hit 205 MPH.
No matter the trim, you can look for a 10-inch touch-screen on the interior of the vehicle. This comes with phone connectivity, making it a breeze to put on your favorite playlist. If you want a bit more, you can look for models that may be equipped with a head-up display, and wireless device charging.
Starting for the 2021 model year, Cadillac began to offer Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving mode. While for 2022 models, the Luxury trim comes with more standard driver-assistance features. These are blind-spot monitoring and lane keeping assist.
If you find a model that is equipped with a 3.0L V6 from this year, you’ll be pleased to find out that it comes with a wireless charging pad as standard.
2025 year models were a big deal for this model. While the previous years were a bit bland, this one brought some big changes. The change that will be most readily apparent is the large 33-inch curved touchscreen.
This year also saw new safety features. Active blind-spot assist is now standard, while the automated emergency braking feature got reworked to help avoid collisions at intersections.
