They fixed exactly what needed to be repaired while facing some difficulties in getting parts due to the age & model of vehicle. But they stayed in contact with me so I knew exactly when to expect repairs would be finished. Even helped with a rental of a car. As its only about a week since repairs were finished, everything so far is working well. Hopefully no future problems arise. I definitely recommend their service department.

I needed a small piece that fell off my front bumper to be painted. A bird must have been on the road and flew into the piece and I didn't discover until later. When I ordered the replacement, it came as black. Since my car is white I needed it painted. I dropped off on Friday and they called me to pick up Monday morning. When I got there they installed it in the front kI95bumper and the car looks great again. The team was professional and pleasant. I would use them again if the need comes up. Hopefully not! I'm very aware of Birds in the road now!!!!

My Lincoln Navigator was displaying some unusual conditions regarding the door opening electronics, and was indicating that this condition was draining the battery. It scared the wife and me, thinking that we might be away from home and end up with a dead battery. We called Alan Jay Ford. They squeezed us into the schedule, repaired the problem, and relieved our distress about our vehicle. It was covered under warranty!! We are grateful, and glad that we can count on our relationship with Alan Jay Ford.

Just waiting for an oil change, service folks were super nice, nice waiting room with free coffee and free WiFi, they also have fresh baked cookies!
