My 2014 Ford F150 had a recall. I was putting it off for months dreading having to drive 35 minutes to the dealer and then sit there for who knows how long to get this addressed. I finally called in to schedule the work and to my amazement they offered me ONSITE service. I was floored. The tech actually came out to my house and repaired the recall. This is so smart. They have a mobile tech running the repairs and at the same time they can keep the population of cars in for repair at a minimum providing more scheduling room for ppl who actually need to have their car serviced at the dealership. Brilliant concept! Rest assured, I will be using this dealership in the future for my automotive needs.

Last week my Escape was in for major engine service and I want to thank service and Eddie Rivera for all the hard work they have done to repair my vehicle. You will see me back for all my future service.

Went in with what I thought was a major problem and they checked my truck out thoroughly and found it to just be settings in the computer. They reset everything and sent me on my way, same day. Wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to them for any future service

I was looking to downsize to smaller crossover SUV and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Salerno.
