The manager, Danny and salesperson, Melanie, were very professional, friendly, no pressure, honest and straight to the point and, extremely proficient and quick at completing the paperwork. In and out in approximately one hour with a new vehicle. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give Alan Jay a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome customer service in the service bay

Pedro (service manager) was absolutely amazing. Kept in constant communication with me throughout the whole ordeal and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Also, Garrett was involved with everything pertaining to my vehicle in case Pedro wasnt available

The in-take employee is very friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment because it was a tire emergency. He got me in, repaired and on my way.
