I saw a car that I wanted on their website. I reached out to Robert, and he offered to stay late since I had a 45 minute drive to get to the dealership. I had already test driven vehicles in this class and knew what I wanted, so barring any issues, I was going to get the car. Robert and his team were helpful, communicated well, and offered excellent service to me throughout the buying process.
