• To celebrate, Ford is bringing us back into its classic eras with a digital version of its unique gauge clusters from 1967 and 1987.

This beloved and legendary Mustang gets some celebratory upgrades for 2025. There's a limited-edition package of 1,965 units with red wheel centers and fender badges, and a black grille mesh to pay homage to the 1965 classic that is only available with GT Premium coupes and convertibles. Ford also provides an over-the-air software update on all 2025 Mustangs and up to replicate the ‘Stang’s gauge clusters from 1967 and 1987.

The Mustang gallops the road with three powerful engine options. The EcoBoost’s (Base trim) engine is a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder with 315 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque and is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

But it’s the GT’s 5.0-liter V-8 that really gets things moving. Paired with either a 10-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual transmission it has 480 horses and 415 pound-feet of torque, Need even more power? You can get it with an optional performance exhaust that moves those numbers up to 486 horsepower and 418 pound-feet of torque.

That’s not all the power you can have! The track-focused Mustang Dark Horse features a 5.0-liter V-8 that cranks out a whopping 500-horsepower. It has adaptive dampers and 19-inch Pirelli P Zero PZ4 tires, with Pirelli Trofeo RS tires as an available option.
