Great car buying experience from start to finish. Marty was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to take care of us. My car buying experience with Katrina and the Alan Jay crew was great. Katrina was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patient while I chose my perfect ride. The assistance I received learning about my car means a lot to me.
From pulling up to the service desk area, to the comfort of the waiting area, the waiting time was good. When they would come in and update others waiting or telling them they were ready, they would tell you,BY NAME, where you were on the service being done.
Edgar was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything and everyone was great. They went above and beyond to take of us. We are so happy to have found one of the last brand new 2025 Kia Souls around. We searched all over for one because it's the last year they're making them and our last one took us over 206000 miles! Kudos to Edgar and the whole Kia team!

Honest straight forward dealership, no gimmicks, no add-ons (unless you ask for it), no pressure, very reasonable prices, very polite and responsive staff (thank you Mr. Frank Molina), they delivered everything they promised, willing to give you their prices in writing, down to the final figure, nothing hidden, very concerned manager (impressive) !!
